While searching our site for products, be sure to select the filter availability to "In Store" if you wish to buy something from us as quickly as possible. If an item is listed as "In Warehouse", that means it will be shipped to Boone Bike from any number of off-site vendor warehouses. We will notify you via email or phone regarding special order items before we order them in order to prevent mistakes or fraudulent orders.
At time of pick up, be prepared to show a valid ID, the credit card you used to make your purchase, and any email correspondence regarding your order.

Boone Bike provides all customer's that purchase a bicycle (in store or via boonebike.com) with unlimited adjustments during the first 3-months after purchasing a new bicycle at our shop. We know that new bikes go through a break in period, which is why we encourage customers to take advantage of the FREE 90-day Service.

We gladly ship orders anywhere within the Continental United States.
Note: Orders usually ship one business day after being placed. We are closed on Sunday, orders placed on Saturday will not be ready to ship until Monday.
Save receipt for returns on unused items (must be in original packaging) within 30 days of purchase. We DO NOT accept ANY returns on bicycles, car racks, nutrition products, close out sale items, or shoes with cleats installed.
When placing a special order, we require a 50% down payment. We will text AND email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
Most orders will be ready within one business day. We are closed on Sunday, orders placed on Saturday may not be ready for pick up until Monday. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
ANY RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO UP TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO ANY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
If you are a customer that qualifies to receive a discount at Boone Bike, please present your membership ID card at the register BEFORE giving your payment.
Once a transaction is complete, we can no longer apply your discount. We will not be able to retroactively apply any discounts AFTER transactions have been paid in full.

Our website protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information.
When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
